Shooting Stars isn't quite right placement yet. This class is by invite and girls only. Classes are 1 hour long.

STARS
(6+ yrs)
This beginning level is designed to build strength, skills, and provide basic knowledge on vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline. Shooting Stars is girls only and classes are 1 hour long.

STARS

This class is a beginner level II class that builds and reinforces skills taught in Shooting Stars. Blazing Stars is a girls only class and is 1 hour long each.

SOARING & RISING
STARS
(7+ yrs)
An advanced class for gymnasts that are ready for the next level of skills and to improve their strength and flexibility. Skills begin to be grouped together into little 'routine.' Soaring Stars is for girls only and these classes are 1 1/2 hours long.

A coach may invite an athlete that has mastered all of our beginner and intermediate level classes, but aren't quite ready for the commitment of competitive team.

A parent and tot class where both participate in the activities. These classes are typically 30 minutes each.

For the child ready to move beyond Tumble Roos and continue improving their motor skills. This class is for boys & girls and is 1 hour long.

MEN
(5 - 11 yrs)
Beginning & advanced levels designed to build skills and strength. Parallel bars, vault, single bar, floor, and rings are taught using progressions. This class is for boys only and lasts 1 hour.

WARRIORS
(5 - 10 yrs)
Build strength, flexibility, and ninja skills in fun ways using slack line, cargo net, rock wall, trampolines, and much more!

This class teaches the basics to cheer tumbling, as well as the building blocks toward our competitive cheer program.

FLOPS
(7+ with basic skills)
This class is for those only wanting to learn or improve tumbling skills. It is a perfect class for cheerleaders, Poms, or extra tumbling practice. Flip Flops is open to boys and girls for 1 hour each class. Basic Skills required for enrollment: unassisted cartwheel, handstand, & bridge/backbend.
